BUYING AT OUR AUCTIONS
We understand that some people travel great distances to attend auctions and that time is very valuable. Our auctions are straightforward with no gimmicks. We sell consistently at approximately 120 lots/ hour.
If you have a special need, or need help loading a piece of furniture, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
AUCTION TERMS
Buyers must register with a valid photo ID
We accept cash or Pennsylvania check
If applicable, a 6% sales tax or an exemption form is required
Items are sold as is with no guarantees or warranties
Most sold items are to be removed at the end of the sale day
Other terms will be announced at the auction
